Apprentice Dental Nurse – Damira Dental Studios

Damira Dental Studios is a leading provider of high quality dental care across the UK, operating 33 dental practices. The role offers a comprehensive range of NHS and private treatments.

As an Apprentice Dental Nurse you will provide efficient and reliable chair‑side support to Practice Clinicians and support all aspects of the practice.

• Reception duties including answering phones and greeting patients
• Handling patient queries and payment processing
• Booking appointments and follow‑ups
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists
• Recording and managing patient records
• Supporting patient wellbeing and dental experience
• Cleaning dental areas including chairs
• Managing stock of equipment and supplies
• Additional duties to support dentists and senior team to provide effective patient care

• Team manager, team leader or dental practice manager
• Dental therapist – assisting dentists with routine dentistry work
• Dental hygienist – helping patients maintain oral health
• Orthodontic therapist – improving the look and position of a patient's teeth

• Level 3 Apprenticeship accredited by City & Guilds, delivered nationwide through blended interactive e‑learning
• Upon completion, a Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 is awarded – recognised by the General Dental Council as meeting entry requirements for the professional register
• Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 2 qualifications required unless exempt

Within practice opening hours – Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00.
