Systems Integration Engineer

Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a client that are looking to expand their engineering team and hire a Systems Integration Engineer. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and get involved with the existing product development and become a valued member of the team. Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand and program using serial protocols
• Experience of being able to interrogate servers and databases
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance the company's product offerings
• Document technical work comprehensively and present findings to both internal and external shareholders
• Provide technical support and integration assistance for existing software and systems
• Organise and manage tasks efficiently
• Engage in hands on activities
• Communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Interrogate servers and databases to support product development and troubleshooting

About you

• Proficiency in programming with a good knowledge of backend development and REST API's
• Strong understanding of working with serial protocols- RS232, RS485, MODBUS, SD-12
• Experience with server database interrogation
  - Mongo
  
  DB, Access, SQL
