Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 plus travel time, overtime, on‑call allowance, van and bonus

Overview: We are seeking an Electrical‑bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile role covering sites across the South Coast to the M4 corridor. The engineer will work for an established building services company providing planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites, including offices and schools.

Key Responsibilities (implicit from description):

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance across a mobile team of sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Support both planned and reactive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong electrical background;
  Level 3 qualification preferred.
• 80E1 (18th Edition) qualified.
• 2391 electrical verification certificate preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Winchester to Basingstoke.
