About the Role

We are seeking a motivated part qualified / finalist level Accountant to join a dynamic corporate finance team. This opportunity offers the chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, embedding strong controls, and driving continuous improvement across international operations.

You’ll become a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, supporting month-end close, audit compliance, and process enhancements while contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting across international legal entities.
Support accounting activity and maintain robust systems of accounts and records.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audited financial statements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Identify and implement process improvements within the Record to Report team.
Provide support to senior finance leadership on a variety of tasks.
Partner with regional finance and group accounting teams on reporting and compliance.
Candidate Profile

Essential:

Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) in final level (or close to, depending on experience).
3+ years’ experience in finance roles, ideally within large, complex businesses
Proven track record in month-end close and financial analysis.
Ideally experience in process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
