HR Advisor (ER) needed in Basingstoke. This is a temporary contract paying £16.59 per hour PAYE. The reference number is 5285761.

The successful candidate will report into the Employee Relations Specialist and provide comprehensive, expert advice to all areas of the business, enabling managers to handle people matters effectively. They will use management information and trend analysis to support performance management, establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partnering agencies, and manage any employee relations issues arising from organisational change.
