Mon-Fri 08:30 16:30 (37.5 hour week)

We are recruiting for an experienced HR generalist with experience in recruitment who can take responsibility for an end-to-end recruitment process.

You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team committed to supporting staff and goals of transforming educational support for young people with co-occurring neurodiversity and mental health needs by putting individual well‑being at the heart of learning.

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns from sourcing to job offer.
• Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Post approved vacancies on appropriate platforms.
• Promote roles through community channels, job fairs, and sector-specific forums.
• Coordinate fair, criteria‑based shortlisting with hiring leads and support with inclusive interview design and interview scheduling with candidates, hiring leads and hiring panels as appropriate.
