We are seeking a 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer to join a team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers on a high-level government account. You will contribute to a service by working with new technologies and sharing ideas.

• Maintain and support the backup and storage solution for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Conduct daily checks, produce documentation, and manage product lifecycle.
• Assist a high profile user community and maintain daily contact with customers/stakeholders.
• Utilise the IT Service Management Toolset

• Critical responsibility for monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation
  .
