About the Role

We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team. Turn data into meaningful insights and compelling stories that drive business change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex data analysis using internal and external data to generate actionable insights across customers, assets, and services.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, ensuring insights are relevant, auditable and aligned to agreed requirements.
  • Use Power BI to create intuitive, interactive dashboards and self‑serve insight models.
  • Apply statistical techniques and research methodologies to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop analytical solutions supporting customer self‑service and informed decision‑making.
  • Contribute across the wider Data and Analytics function, supporting reporting, insight and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
  • In‑depth experience with analytical tools:
    Power BI (DAX and M), R and/or Python, and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Strong ability to communicate insights through data storytelling.
  • Detailed knowledge of statistical techniques and research methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, tailoring messages for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
