, you’ll play a key role in shaping our data‑driven future by designing and delivering scalable, high‑impact Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders and enable smarter decision‑making.

• Build robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models for strategic and operational insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver ad‑hoc analysis that matters.
• Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
• Own Power BI governance, ensuring assets are reusable, well‑documented, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
• Champion self‑service analytics and coach teams on best practices.

• Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation).
• Strong SQL skills (Big Query or Databricks experience is a plus).
• Experience in data modelling, BI architecture, and automating reporting pipelines.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
