Your role

We are looking for an Identity Access Management (IdAM) to work in close partnership with our delivery teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Your role will involve collaboration within the wider multi-skilled team and orientated to owning the delivery of work packages throughout their lifecycle and ensuring the work package meets the functional and non-functional requirements. Reporting into the Solution Owner, you will be responsible for the overall design of the (HLD/LLD's) and the on-going maintenance of design and support documentation.

This ensures the designs produced can pass all the reviews and governance control gates. The role holder will be responsible for the delivery of ongoing change to the work package, in response to evolving user requirements.

Example of tasks:

• Designing and implementing secure IDAM solutions in on-premises. This involves evaluating client needs and defining high-level and low-level designs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Security, Infrastructure, Dev Ops) to integrate IDAM systems with existing applications and platforms.

Your skills and experiences

• Experience in on premise Identity Management products such as NetIQ, One Identity Manager, Forefront Identity Manager, Sailpoint IAMFamiliarity
• Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IdAM, experience in creating HLD/LLD's.
• Experience working with identity governance including Role based access control, access requests.
• Knowledge of key IdAM standards.
• Providing specialised expertise on IdAM tools and their integration within client systems.
• Providing SME leadership skills in IdAM technologies.
• Experience in MS Windows Enterprise technologies and architectures, along with Power Shell scripting and automation of these technologies.
• Some experience or awareness of an automated testing mechanism using On-Prem tooling technologies.
• Experience of agile delivery methodologies and practices.
