The team advises a wide-ranging client base and handles a broad mix of commercial and property‑related disputes. Matters include:

• Breach of contract

• Professional negligence

• Shareholder and partnership disputes

• Unfair prejudice claims

• Breach of directors' duties

• Intellectual property disputes

• Fraud and asset recovery

• Insurance coverage issues

• Tax disputes

• Regulatory investigations

• Defamation, libel, and slander

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals

• Covenant enforcement and related advice

• Rights of way, easements, and other adjoining landowner issues
