1to1 Group are recruiting for a Supply Chain/ Project Coordinator for one of our clients in Basingstoke. In the position you will be responsible for all logistics topics for the brand team including managing logistical projects, liaising with customers, resolution of all invoice discrepancies and forecasting analysis.
Role Details- Basingstoke.
- Permanent.
- Salary depending on experience.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with some flexibility).
- Accountability for project implementation logistics.
- Implement tests for changes to deliveries.
- Project manage the SAP rollout to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP.
- Oversee the testing and launch of other supply chain initiatives to enhance service level for the customer.
- Liaison with customers and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed and received in full to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Effective management of stock rejections, returns, with prompt redirections against new customer purchase orders.
- Effective reporting of Customer discrepancies, gathering information on failures, forwarders and hauliers, dealing with queries and implementing remedial action as necessary.
- Resolution of invoice discrepancies.
- Download the weekly forecast and analyse in preparation for fortnightly forecast meetings.
- Monitor sales versus forecast weekly and flag issues.
- Daily communication regarding orders, out of stocks, deliveries and resolving issues.
- Effective two-way communication regarding all customer-related topics including pricing, stock forecasting, stock allocation, out of stocks and invoice queries.
- SAP experience is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
- Customer service experience with prior evidence of stock order processing preferred.
- Compliance focused mindset with a drive to challenge and optimise internal processes.
- Proven team working skills and strong relationship-builder both face-to-face but also via remote interaction.
