• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with no more than 6 points) and confident in driving a large van.
• Age 25+ (for insurance purposes).
• IPAF, PASMA, or PTS certification desirable (training provided if required).
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and professional in appearance and attitude.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to high standards.
• Previous cleaning or team‑based experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and client‑facing professionalism.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Night shift work across the Southwest Coast (travel required).
• Deep cleaning (including work at height).
• Jet washing and window cleaning.
• General cleaning duties.
• Operating floor machinery.
• Industrial and ad hoc cleaning tasks.

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills (full training provided).
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent results.
• Flexibility to travel and work nights.
