Warehouse Department Manager (Lighting & Technical Equipment)

Basingstoke HQ
Salary: £35,000+ per annum

Hours:

09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday

As a Warehouse Department Manager at TSL, you will lead a dedicated team in the preparation, servicing, and quality control of high-end lighting, network, power and control equipment for the live events industry. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment meets the highest standards while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

You’ll oversee day-to-day departmental operations, ensure staff are well-trained and supported, and maintain a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and is committed to delivering excellence through operational efficiency and strong team collaboration.
