We are seeking an experienced

Operations Managerto lead and develop our operations across East Sussex. This is a senior start-up role ideal for a commercially minded healthcare leader who thrives on building services, teams, and systems from the ground up. You will have full responsibility for operational performance, people leadership, compliance, and commercial growth.

• Operational Leadership:
  Oversee hub operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Develop workflows suitable for a growing business.
• People Management:
  Recruit, onboard, and train care teams. Foster a positive culture, lead performance appraisals, and support staff retention.
• Compliance & Quality:
  Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and GDPR. Lead audits and risk management frameworks.
• Commercial Performance:
  Manage budgets and cost control. Drive sales and revenue growth through local market engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build strong relationships with clients, commissioners, and local authorities. Act as a senior ambassador for Falcon Greencare.
• Strategy:
  Provide insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

• Proven management experience within healthcare recruitment.
• Experience launching, scaling, or transforming a service.
• Strong business development or sales leadership skills.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Working knowledge of CQC frameworks and inspections.
• Level 5 Diploma (Registered Manager) equivalent, or the desire to work towards it.
• Resilient, proactive, and IT literate.
