Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a Food Production Operatives to work in their leading facility in Whitchurch.

For the successful Food Production Operatives our client is offering:

£12.21 per hour
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
Temporary - Permanent position
On-site walk around / Induction to understand the roles and environment
Growth within multiple sections / areas of the business
Career progression / In House training

The Role - Food Production Operatives;

Packing
Cutting blocks of Cheese to specified sizes
Palletising
Unboxing products
Heavy lifting up to 20kg
Quality checking
Deal with any rejects from the production lines
Following food and hygiene regulations on site
Working with a team of around 6-8 people
Supervise the correct running of the various machines ensuring quality finished product.
Correctly daily/weekly cleaning documents
What our client is looking for in a Food Production Operatives;

Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
Must have picking/ packing/ palletising experience - DESIRABLE
Be able to complete / read labels and paperwork when required - ESSENTIAL
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting up to 20KG
