Job Title: Bench Joiner

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 42.75 per week

Minimum Requirements: Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Bench Joinery and previous Bench Joinery experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work from full‑sized working rods to produce the components needed for bespoke joinery.
  • Prepare and follow cutting lists to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Shape, machine, and cut materials, turning raw stock into precise joinery elements.
  • Assemble components, carrying out dry fits and final assemblies to high standards.
  • Fit ironmongery and other hardware with accuracy and care.
  • Complete quality checks, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards.
