Production Supervisor required for a well-established and highly successful processing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company offering a days-based role. Candidates will need experience working in any production or processing environment and this role would also suit candidates looking to step into a supervisory level role.

Reporting into the company’s Production Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing a production team of 70 and ensuring production KPI targets are achieved.

The Production Supervisor Role:

· Oversee a team of 70 – including one supervisor and three team leaders

· Approximately 80-90% shop floor based, with some administrative duties

· Organising production activities

· Support the further recruitment of production staff and provide ongoing support and training to the team

· Ensure KPIs are achieve and costs are kept to or below budget

· Process improvements

· Work alongside H&S team to ensure safety on site – includes carrying out risk assessments
