Brand Manager - Cardiometabolic Health Legacy Brands

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Brand Manager (Cardiometabolic Health Legacy Brands) for a leading multinational pharma company based in Basingstoke.

This is an initial 12‑month contract position. The pay rate is between £26.17 and £34.89 per hour. Based in Basingstoke, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in the UK.

• Develop and deliver the brand tactical and operational plan with a digital first approach.
• Manage development and coordination of brand tactics and tracking of key milestones.
• Ensure all brand tactics are insight‑ and data‑driven.
• Foster innovation, resilience, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• See through development/localisation, approval (Veeva Promo Mats), launch and evaluation end to end for priority solutions.
• Collaborate across a diverse brand team, working effectively with cross‑functional team members from including other marketing teams, medical, E&C, certifier teams and the Omni Channel Engagement team.

• Proven marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.
• Experience with brand strategy and planning.
• Demonstrable leadership skills (particularly in cross‑functional collaboration, decision making and leading without authority) to deliver results.
• Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
• Disease state experience within Cardiometabolic Health would be advantageous.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure and ambiguous environment.
• Data analytics, planning and organising skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
• Experience with Veeva Promo Mats would be advantageous.
