Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Dream Medical are working with a 2 busy GP surgeries in Basingstoke and have 2 vacancies for part/full time Advanced Nurse Practitioners who can independently prescribe. The practice uses EMIS Web and the role will be triaging patients, assessing, diagnosing and providing prescriptions where necessary. The role involves chronic disease management as well as minor illnesses and injury.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a Primary Care Background, ideally within a GP surgery The practice are flexible with session times and will consider part time applications.

The practice is GP led in the town centre with car parking facilities and access to local amenities.

Requirements:

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner experience

• Valid NMC Registration and Pin

• V300 Non Medical Prescribing qualifications

• Minor Injury qualification
