Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

You must have:

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Working independently or within a small team.
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience of using hand held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters etc.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential.

The role:

• Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Working within a small team.
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
• Company van, mobile I pad are all provided.
• Vehicle checks.

Salary range: £30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
