Senior Estate Surveyor

Local authority in Hampshire currently require a senior estate surveyor for an initial period of 6 months.

Role

Purpose:

The main duties of this role will include:
� Carrying out day to day investment portfolio duties arising from the commercial assets (both directly let properties and some ground leased properties) including;

Rent reviews, negotiating new lettings, lease renewals & generally dealing with all landlord and tenant matters arising including processing applications for landlord�s consent, surrenders and dilapidations.

� Estate management of multi-let properties including managing service charges and budgeting, overseeing Letting Agents (where already appointed), debt monitoring and income management.

� Inputting into Project Groups where these involve the role�s managed portfolio/ and or input on behalf of the Property Team

� Undertaking valuations as required

Hybrid 3 Office 2 Remote

Full time

Potential for extension

£400 - £450 per day (umbrella)
