Sales Advisor

This is a permanent, part-time position, 10hrs/week in our Basingstoke Store.

• Engage customers with a warm welcome and assist them in selecting the perfect kitchen products.
• Share your enthusiasm for our products, demonstrating their benefits and providing knowledgeable advice.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment that showcases our kitchenware effectively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and foster a supportive team atmosphere.

• Start your day by preparing the store for opening and ensuring it is inviting for customers.
• Assist walk‑in customers, answering inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations.
• Participate in product demonstrations and promotions that highlight our best offerings.
• Engage in staff meetings to share insights, discuss goals, and build camaraderie within the team.
• End your shift by ensuring the store remains well‑stocked and ready for the next day.

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and making connections with customers.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share product knowledge.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for store presentation.
• Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
• Flexible to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
