We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Operations Executive to provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks
. You'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders while directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers, and internal departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own all customer-related administration, including portals and back‑order management.
  • Ensure orders, amendments, and reports are actioned within agreed SLAs, delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers, and internal departments.
  • Take responsibility for escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
What You'll Bring

  • Process driven and results oriented with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP systems experience (bonus points).
