Are you passionate about technology and sales? We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Basingstoke, Hampshire. As a key player in the technology distribution industry, we connect vendors and resellers, driving innovation and growth in the market. Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest technology products and solutions, effectively communicating their features and benefits to clients.
Manage and track sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on key performance metrics.
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and logistics to optimize sales strategies and support initiatives.
Required:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry [1].
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
