As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our team in Basingstoke
.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics hub, ensuring the smooth and safe handling of stock. From loading and unloading delivery vehicles to preparing bulk pallets and organizing delivery routes, your work will help keep our operations running efficiently.

Monday to Friday

• Safely load and unload stock from delivery vehicles within the hub.
• Organize loads into delivery routes, using scanning systems where required.
• Prepare bulk pallets for dispatch and ensure all loads are secure.
• Communicate load conditions clearly to drivers and produce necessary paperwork.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

• A reliable, approachable team player with a flexible attitude and a good sense of humour.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Physically fit – the role involves walking, standing, lifting, and stretching, with some heavy lifting.
• Strong communication skills, along with basic literacy and numeracy.
• High levels of common sense, integrity, and honesty.
