Senior Project Engineer

Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure target achievement.

Coordinate across departments for smooth project execution.

Conduct technical analysis and resolve project issues.

Supervise on-site execution in line with technical and safety standards.

Prepare project progress reports and support audits.

Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Promote cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Provide mentoring to junior engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field).
• Min 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy construction industries.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Project.
• Good communication in English.
