Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Electro Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of PCBA processes and project tracking
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle PCBA NPI (New Product Introduction) activities
- Perform daily project tracking process by process (target date vs. actual)
- Support the quality team in preparing documentation during project qualification
- Conduct tooling validation at PCBA processes (SMT, Wave, Router, Coating).
