Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering​/Productivity Management

Job Overview

Support the site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR, and drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level, including OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction.

• Support site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.
• Conduct data collection and analytics to identify P-C-M improvement potential.
• Drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which include OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction.
• Conduct KPI monitoring & analytics to set targets for A37 TCR, & VRFC planning cycles.
• Support Operations on Close the Gap measures by performing data collection, root cause analysis, working with relevant stakeholders on solutions and implementation timeline.
• Coach or mentor junior engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, production engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering driving Lean, PCMA efficiencies, WIP flow optimisation and other cost down initiatives.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge & experience working in Back End Semiconductor manufacturing (Pre-assembly, FOL, EOL, Test & MSP) would be an added advantage.
• Competent in VSM, data analytics and visualisation (e.g., KNIME, Tableau, IgraFX) would be an added advantage.
• Certification in Lean and/or 6-sigma would be an added advantage.
