• Support completion of all assigned product transfer projects as per agreed global timeline.
• Lead MS&T work stream (project core member) during technology transfer from other Alcon sites or R&D.
• Lead MPTP / MPTR (manufacturing process transfer plan/report) preparation and closure.
• Support compilation/approval of TDP (technical documentation package).
• Lead / Support Master Change Request for product transfer.
• Provide or review technical specification and SOPs necessary for production process.
• Perform engineering studies/assessment required to optimize process parameters.
• Lead / Support assessment required to assess any differences between transferring site and receiving sites.
• Lead / Support investigations related to process failures during transfer.
• Understand and own shared process material related specification/drawings during transfer.
• Provide necessary information related to shipment study, product quality related assessments (Biocompatibility/shelf life/Risk assessments – pFMEA etc) to project transfer support – product steward function.
• Lead product performance monitoring until successful completion of monitoring phase. Lead / support product yield improvement and product quality improvements during monitoring phase of product transfer. Prepare monitoring phase report. Transfer the knowledge to routine process engineer assigned to product. After monitoring phase, ownership will be transferred to assigned routine Process Engineer.
• In some projects, perform duties for product stewardship after completion of required trainings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing yield and product quality; exposure to large-scale, expansion, or transferred projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with hands‑on collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Good project management skills.
• Greenbelt/Lean Six Sigma certification highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of equipment/automation qualification activities preferred.
• Familiarity with automation systems preferred.
• Good exposure in managing investigations and providing technical reports.
• Familiarity with RCA methods.
• PMP certification highly advantageous.
