In this role, you will responsible for the project’s success ,proactively plan, manage and drive timely completion of the defined projects with clear objective.

• Responsible for the project’s success (scope, timeline, budget, time quality, productivity and speed).
• Analyze and deliver project scenario in a concise and accurate way with options and proposals.
• To setup appropriate project team structure according the projects needs and complexity.
• Drive and manage project business case including close the gap.
• Continuously project risk evaluation and tracking as well as proactive implementation of effective measures for risk mitigation.
• Resilient in managing multiple projects under the dynamic project environment with end in mind to run project to success.

• Bachelor or master degree in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, material sciences, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience and additional experience in working on projects preferably from Semiconductor industry.
• Proven project management experience; a formal Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA) as a plus.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively using systematic problem solving frameworks (8D, Six Sigma)
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• An innovative mindset that encourages creativity and solution-oriented approaches in technical problem solving.
• Likes to positively interact with colleagues either with the use of technology or face to face collaborations.
• A strong desire to grow & possessing the spirit of being ambitious, disciplined , & responsibility.
