• At least 2 years working experience related to FTTH or OSP project sitac/permit.
• At least 2–3 years telecommunications area working experience, including FTTH, OSP or fiber optic, etc.
• Able to read and write English, communication in English is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, sense of teamwork, strong organization and coordination skills.
• Willing to work anywhere in Indonesia.

• Guide the SITAC team to work and get enough PKS HP per month to support the delivery plan, respond to give KPI to each SITAC.
• Have experience of PU permit, support each region’s PU permit work and close the PU permit issue.
• Responsible for managing sitac/permit progress within timeline from project and company.
• Responsible for managing sitac/permit team to keep team discipline, motivation and working spirit to complete target.
• Responsible for solving sitac/permit issue in project, giving instruction to sitac/permit team to handle sitac/permit in proper method.
