Degree and Experience

Degree in electronic and/or mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years’ experience at managerial level.

Able to speak English and Mandarin/Chinese (advantage).

Windows (Excel, Ms.Word, PowerPoint, pdf).

• Take overall responsibility in quality for customer group/cluster assigned.
• Main responsibilities include planning and supervising to ensure no RMA and no customer claims for the entire customer group/cluster.
• Consolidate all improvement plans and drive improvements for the entire customer group/cluster.
• Review and release quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, RMA reports, etc.) to customer including 8D report.
• Serve as main window of company to answer customer complaints and/or queries related to quality.
• Serve as main window of company for 3rd party audits (UL, CSA, ETL, TUV / Sud NRTL, etc.) for the entire customer.
