Project Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for the success of defined projects, including proactive planning, managing and driving until project completion with clear objective.

• Proactively plan project milestones and overall timeline
• Manage communication and regular update to stakeholders (PJO, DEV, OP)
• Timely escalation to stakeholders for any blocking points that may affect project completion

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline
• Knowledge in Project Management systematic is an advantage
• Knowledge in Semiconductor Assembly and Test processes is an advantage
• Possess good communication skill (verbal and written English) and computer literacy is a must
• Possess good leadership skill and ability to drive team members
