Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• To review and ensure all tools & equipment are ready to use based on the result of PO analysis.
• To be responsible to prepare all production process parameters based on Quality Plan (MIP – Manufacturing Inspection Plan).
• To set up and validate, control/monitor process parameter set up & product specification of product.
• To create & develop process technical procedures (SOP & WI) based on technical standard and customer specifications required.
• To check, monitor and follow up all of Benchmarking project implementation (evaluation & review).
• To analyze and improve tooling to support the process.
• Cycle time improvement evaluation, review, and implementation.
• Process capability study (CPK evaluation and analysis) to ensure department processes comply with customer standard requirements.
• To conduct failure mode defect analysis, coordinate with QA and supplier.
• To be responsible as auditee for customer audit.
• To be responsible as auditor to conduct & schedule internal process audit.
• To ensure and follow HSE rules & regulations in daily production activity.
• To be responsible to monitor & follow up subordinates' skills & competencies.
• To prepare & review production & technical Monthly Report.

• In-depth knowledge of coupling machining, threading, and inspection processes
• Experience with marking tools (e.g., stamping machines, inkjet printers, laser markers)
• Experience with CNC operations, tooling, and process control systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, SPC) and ERP platforms
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis techniques

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel, oil & gas, or metalworking industries
