Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics Technician

Our products are sold through our own locally based sales teams and through authorized distributor partners to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies worldwide. Assist engineers in performing equipment debug, set up and maintenance activities for automated machines. Ensure all machines operate in good condition, with minimal downtime and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical faults
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Replace, calibrate, or adjust sensors, actuators, and control components as needed
- Assist in machine modification, part replacement, and documentation updates
- Monitor machine operation on the production floor and respond promptly to issues
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and spare part inventory
- Follow EHS and 5S standards during all maintenance work
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance or debug for automated systems
- Familiar with PLC, HMI, pneumatic, servo system, and sensors
- Strong hands‑on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to work in shift rotation and provide on‑call support when needed.
Soft Skills
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Shop floor‑based with regular shop floor visits.
Languages
- Fluency in English would be a plus
