• Programming soldering machines such as wave, selective solder and other BE machines
• Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency
• Improve productivity and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating and other BE machine processes
• Process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with other teams
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• Report quality problems or defects to manager or senior management to enable corrective action and avoid recurrence
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong understanding and knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating and other BE equipment and processes
• Good technical and process analysis skills
• Training: IPC-A-610, Wave and Selective Soldering Machine
• Knowledge of soldering process, flux and solder properties, coating process, troubleshooting and problem solving, process optimization
