• Lead the day-to-day activities of the receiving/shipping team.
• Conduct training for operators on the required skills.
• Ensure the correct number of pallets received from the forwarder.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the receiving area.
• Report discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Assist the Supervisor to handle urgent parts required by production.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Report any quality problems or defects to a manager or senior management for corrective action to avoid recurrence.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• Minimum Senior High School education.
• Proven experience as a Leader.
• 1 year experience in Soldering.
