CNC Programmer

This is a full-time role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer, located on-site in Batam. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs based on technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machinery, and performing milling and machining tasks. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, programming CNC machines to produce high-precision components, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

• Min SMA/SMK -
• Experienced with Mastercam X6 and later (company currently using revision X6 And 2020)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC programming & CNC Milling Machine
• Proficiency in optimizing CNC programs, including Jig Or fixture - High level working knowledge of one or more of the following CNC Milling machine controls Fanuc 3-Axis & 4-Axis:
  Litz and Robot Drill
• Experience with technical drawing interpretation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering or related field
