The Technician III, Quality Control Labs, is primarily responsible for handling complex technical tasks in Quality Control Labs, including inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials. You will be expected to make significant decisions and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.

• Perform sampling and inspection of incoming materials, parts, and components
• Conduct precise measurements using advanced tools like CMMs, OGP, and optical comparators
• Record and document all sampling and testing results in LIMS Lab Vantage and SAP
• Perform transactions, transportation checks, and labeling of materials
• Maintain accurate records, arrange document destruction, and send equipment for calibration
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and work according to HSE procedures

What Can You Bring to Alcon:

• Diploma in Science or Engineering
• Familiarity with incoming material sampling and testing
• Experience with measurement tools and strong attention to detail
