Quality Manager (Consumer Electronics Complete Machine Production Plant)
Job Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and optimization of the quality control system for the entire production process of consumer electronics complete machines (including incoming components, assembly, testing, and packaging) to ensure stable product quality.

Be responsible for quality issue analysis, traceability, and rectification, drive the implementation of cross-departmental corrective and preventive actions, and reduce defect rates and customer complaints.

Formulate and implement quality inspection standards and sampling plans, supervise the execution of on-site quality inspections, and ensure process compliance.

Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to participate in quality verification of new product introduction and supply chain quality control, improving the overall quality level of the entire chain.

Priority is given to candidates with fluent English that can be used as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin for communication is a plus.

Possess practical experience in quality control in the consumer electronics industry, and be proficient in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and lean quality improvement methods.

Strong self-motivation, with keen quality risk identification capabilities and cross-departmental collaboration and promotion capabilities.
