QA Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join our team at PT Interpak Industries Batam, a leading manufacturing company based in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our production processes and end products. This is a full-time role that will be based in our Batam Kota facility.

• Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures to maintain the highest standards of product quality
• Monitoring and analysing production data to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Providing training and guidance to production teams to promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency
• Documenting and reporting on quality metrics, trends and corrective actions
• Ensuring the company's quality management system is aligned with industry standards and best practices

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment (packaging industries)
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of quality control software and tools
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, manufacturing or quality management
• Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
