Warehouse Supervisor

To ensure the proper receipt and issuing of Finished Goods, to ensure the security of inventory kept in the store and timely delivery to customer. Ensure ERP WMS system to physical accuracy

• Ensure proper storage, handling and protection of all material and Finished Goods.
• Responsible for data updating and accountable for the accuracy of inventories.
• Ensure correct issuance and return of Finished Good based on SAP system allocation.
• Ensure Lorries, reach truck and forklift service maintained in good condition.
• Arrange with QA personnel for re-inspection for those Finished Goods that has been kept in the FG Store for more than one month or any non-conformity Finished Goods.
• Participate in bi‑annually stock take and cycle count.
• Ensure safety precautions are in place and followed by all staff in the store.
• Plan delivery schedule according to customer requirement.
• Ensure timely delivery to customer.
• Attend to customer for urgent requirement.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Carry out their duties in accordance with company’s management policy, procedures and work instructions on quality and environmental concerns.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a warehouse/logistic/Supply Chain Supervisor.
• Understanding of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Understanding of international shipping processes, import handling, customs clearance, and port operations is an advantage.
• Possess strong coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good computer skill and working experience with ERP System.
