Early Careers Trainee – Monahans, Part of the Sumer Group

Programme OverviewThe Early Careers Trainee Programme starts in August 2026. It is designed for those ready to take their first step into a rewarding career in accountancy, whether your passion lies in Audit, Accounts or Tax. You will gain the skills, qualifications and experience to become a fully qualified professional, supported every step of the way.
You will receive practical client experience combined with professional study towards your chosen qualification – AAT, ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA. You will also become part of the Sumer Academy, our dedicated early‑career development programme, alongside a group‑wide cohort to share experiences and learn together.

About the RoleFrom day one you will work with a range of clients, learning how to prepare accounts, support audits and provide insightful tax and business advice. As your confidence grows, you will receive increasing responsibilities, working directly with clients and contributing to real projects.
Qualifications & SkillsTo apply you will need a strong A‑Level or equivalent academic background, including a minimum of a Grade C/5 in English and B/6 Maths at GCSE level (or equivalent).
