We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Governance Office.
This is a key role at the heart of the University’s decision‑making structures, helping to keep our governance processes running smoothly while supporting a major institutional project to refresh the University’s Policy Framework.
You’ll be part of a small, friendly team that works closely with senior academic and professional services colleagues to ensure meetings, information and communications are delivered to a high standard.

- Provide high‑quality administrative and logistical support across the Governance Office, including diary management, action tracking, and preparing materials for key meetings.
- Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering clear communication, excellent customer service and dependable operational support.
- Help maintain our digital information and records, including webpages, shared systems and governance communications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and wants to contribute to the smooth running of a critical University function.
About You- General administrative experience, with the ability to manage diaries, coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a friendly, professional approach when working with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and support others in planning their work.
- Good digital skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when preparing documents or managing sensitive information.
- A collaborative working style, contributing positively to team priorities and adapting flexibly as demands change.
