Role OverviewReporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking to recruit a Void Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. After an initial period of training (2‑4 weeks) this role offers hybrid working – three days at home.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage a portfolio of properties that are to be marketed for let, ensuring client, company and statutory requirements are always met.
- Monitor all properties closely, review strategies and make recommendations when needed while updating the system accordingly.
- Coordinate with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately.
Basic DBS check is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role and possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in a similar role (Receptionist, Front of House etc.)
- Experience conducting administrative tasks.
- Familiarity working with MS packages such as Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
