Freelance Site Manager - Retrofit Project
Location:
Bath. Start:
Monday 8th.
We're recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a retrofit project in Bath. This role requires someone confident running a live site, managing trades, and ensuring compliance from day one. If you're available Monday, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of a retrofit project on an active site
- Oversee subcontractors, deliveries, and on-site operations
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
- Ensure quality control and progress against programme
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- SMSTS - Essential
- CSCS - Essential
- First Aid - Essential
- Strong background in retrofit / refurbishment projects
- Proven experience managing trades on fast-paced sites
