Are you a career driven MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to work for a meritocracy that offers rapid career progression?
Our client, a construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on some brilliant projects within the commercial and residential sector in Bristol and South West. Typically, projects are valued up to £20m.
About the role
- Duties range from feasibility/viability studies, procurement management through to final accounting.
- Lead on projects ranging from corporate fit-outs to new build residential to student accommodation developments.
- Take ownership of client relationships.
About you
- Extensive quantity surveying experience within the aforementioned sectors
- A proven track record of leading and successfully delivering projects.
- A strong track record of viability studies, procurement management is key.
- MRICS is a must or at least on the pathway to completing it within 12 months.
