The Role

You will:

* Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients to schedule appointments with Advisers for mortgage and/or protection reviews

* Maintain and update client records with accurate and detailed information

* Manage warm leads generated by our strong brand

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

* Coordinate with Advisers to manage their schedules and ensure timely appointments
