BMT is looking for Graduates to join our Mission & Complex Systems engineering team as a Graduate Complex Systems Engineer. The graduate scheme would be based out of either the Bath, Fareham or Plymouth offices, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Travel to customer sites or meetings will be required.

• A relevant Engineering or appropriate STEM degree.
• An ambition to work in, and contribute to, the UK Defence domain.
• A keen focus on providing first-class service to our Customers.
• The determination to further their career and develop their skills with an aim to gain Chartered engineer status or other professional qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong teamwork skills.
